The adjustment method of electromagnetic vibration feeder is introduced as follows:
1. Setting of air gap between electromagnet core and armature
The air gap between the iron core and armature of electromagnetic vibration feeder directly affects the normal operation of the feeder. If the adjustment is not proper, the current will increase, the amplitude will decrease and the normal operation will be disabled. In serious cases, the iron core collision will occur and the core and coil will be damaged. Therefore, regular inspection and adjustment of air gap is an important condition to ensure the operation. Adjustment method of air gap: when the position of connecting fork is adjusted by using the maintenance screw, the size of air gap can be adjusted. Generally, the air gap is adjusted to about 1.9-2.2mm. In order to adjust conveniently, several standard plug blocks can be made before adjustment. In this way, the plug can be directly used for adjustment. Then be sure to tighten and add the lock nut.
2. Adjustment of spring plate group connected by two mass points
There are two factors for the amplitude of the hopper: one is the magnitude and frequency of electromagnetic excitation force of the feeder; the other is the natural vibration frequency of the feeder itself. The tuning value is adjusted by adjusting the stiffness of the spring plate group connected by two mass points.
Adjustment method of double mass spring plate group: the stiffness adjustment of spring plate group can be started after the whole machine adjustment work to the end of air gap adjustment. Loosen the maintenance screw, turn on the control power supply, and observe the indication value of the amplitude indicator on the electromagnetic vibration feeder while gradually increasing the working current. When the current reaches the maximum value, but the amplitude cannot reach the maximum value, the top screw of the spring plate group can be slightly loosened. At this time, if the amplitude increases and the working current decreases, the spring stiffness is too large, and the number of reeds should be reduced to reduce the stiffness. On the contrary, the number of leaf springs should be increased to strengthen the overall stiffness. In a word, as long as repeated and careful adjustment can achieve a better tuning value.
