It uses the induction signal generated when the metal enters the sensor electromagnetic field, and drives the actuator action through the signal amplification processing circuit, so as to detect the harmful metal.

Installation precautions:

1. When the amplitude of the belt conveyor frame is less than 0.5mm, it can be directly installed on the belt rack. If the amplitude is more than 0.5mm, it should be installed with additional fixed support.

2. The input voltage of the machine is AC 220 V ± 10 v. if the power supply voltage exceeds this value, a regulated power supply should be provided. If the above two items exceed the specified value, the metal detector may malfunction and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
